Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

* The item is incomplete or missing parts upon delivery.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

* Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
* Minor color, size, or appearance variations caused by screen settings or product photography.
* Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear.
* Orders that were refused upon delivery.
* Items reported after the 7-day claim period.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

* The item must be in its original condition.
* Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
* Proof of purchase may be required.
* Photos or videos must be provided for verification.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

* Refunds are not issued for packages that were refused upon delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, Novida will investigate the issue and may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.
